This spacious, light filled, modern terraced house, on three floors, is well presented, with a neutral palette throughout. It has been well designed as a comfortable family home and, being situated close to Wincanton amenities, it would also make an ideal buy-to-let property.
The good size living room is lovely and light, with attractive French doors opening out to the garden. The kitchen is fitted with modern units and there is a perfect spot by the window for a small table and chairs to sit and have breakfast.
The first floor landing leads to a double bedroom, a single bedroom and family bathroom, and then up again to the top floor, where a lovely master suite with two large skylight windows, a dressing area and spacious ensuite shower room deliver the wow factor.
Please note in the first photo the property is the second one in from left.
At the rear of the property there is a fenced courtyard garden with paving and gravel and a gate leading out to the residents’ car parking area behind.
