Kingwell Mews is an exclusive development of 9 thoughtfully designed and contemporary properties between Bruton and Wincanton.
All the properties are designed to prioritise light and outdoor space. They have modern clean lines, a soft colour palette of render and cladding, double glazing and air-source powered underfloor heating throughout, enabling fantastic energy conservation and terrific insulation.
These detached homes are of a split level design and Plot 6 Alderbrook is one of four detached houses. Entrance is at ground level into an open undercroft area leading into a large garage. Leading from here is a double height lobby, utility room, bedroom 2 with ensuite shower, bedroom 4 and a family bathroom. A lift, with attractive oak doors, rises to the first floor. Here there is a fabulous and large open plan living/kitchen/dining
The development nestles at the foot of a hill, surrounded by trees, giving it an established feel, and offering a pleasant and natural aspect from all windows.
Air source heat pumps provide energy- efficient underfloor heating throughout the properties. Kitchens have been designed to a high standard and bathrooms with Roca sanitary-ware, and LED down-lighters throughout complement the clean, contemporary style.
Purchasers in the early stages of the development will have the option to select their choice of kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and paint colours. Some modifications to layout can also be accommodated to suit individual lifestyles and tastes.
These homes are currently under construction so an early reservation would allow you to have internal choices.
The development is landscaped with local stone and mixed planting. Private gardens are enclosed with close board fencing and Laurel hedging and have areas of paving, decking and lawn. Each property has a generous size garage and parking.
