Sale Type: Sold
Property SummaryAn attractive bungalow set well in it's plot with garden on all sides.
A particular feature of this property is the light filled sitting/dining room which has a big bay window with a lovely view over the orchard on the other side of the road. The house sits in an elevated position (but there is level access at the back) and the fact that it is surrounded by garden and the garage separates it from the nearest neighbour and gives it a sense of privacy.
The kitchen, which has fitted cupboards, opens into a separate area for a table and it also links to the utility room- this whole area could become one large kitchen if desired.
The hallway in the centre of the house is bright due to the full size glazed panel and glazed door. Another light filled room is the garden room which is off the sitting/dining room.
There are three bedrooms and a recently refurbished bathroom with bath and shower.
The attic has been boarded and is a very useful space with standing height.
The gardens are a particular feature of the property. They have been well designed and maintained and have lots of mature shrubs, trees surrounding areas of lawn and plenty of space for growing vegetables and a wonderful Pergoda for outdoor entertaining .
The off road parking is directly in front of the single garage (which is attached to the neighbours garage). To the left of the parking area is a part of the garden that is set with gravel with some shrubs, this area could easily become more parking if required.
