Property Summary

Heigh House is in a quiet location in a popular village. It has been cleverly designed to provide a light and spacious house for modern living and benefits from an air source heat pump to save on fuel bills. The views out to the front are stunning and to the rear, the garden backs on to fields.

On the ground floor is a large kitchen/diner/seating area with doors opening to the front garden, a large bi-fold door opening onto the sheltered graveled area in the rear garden and there is access to the utility area/boot room. The sitting room has a magnificent vaulted ceiling with the large fireplace taking centre stage and bi-folding doors open on to the outside seating area. There is another room on the ground floor which can either be a snug room or very good-sized office or 4th bedroom and next to it is a shower room.

Large skylights provide a light landing on the first floor off which are 3 spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom.  The master bedroom has an en suite as well as a dressing area.  In each of the other bedrooms there is also a mezzanine sleeping area, which is an imaginative way of providing extra space.

This house would not only suit a family, it would also be a perfect lock-up-and-go.

Outside

The Garden has been carefully landscaped to provide an area of lawn, a vegetable area and a sheltered part which has the bi-folding doors from the kitchen and sitting room opening onto it.  There is also a covered outdoor dining area for the al fresco lunch on those rainy summer days! Adjacent is plenty of external storage space. There is also an area for off road parking.
