If you are new to the area, the Lodestone team is able to provide you with all the local information you need in order to help you to find the perfect rental property and location. From your initial enquiry to your moving-in day, we will look after all your needs and show you properties which fit your requirements and budget. 

We charge an administration fee which is the equivalent to one week’s rent plus VAT.  This fee covers the Tenancy Agreement, referencing and guarantors for one tenant.  There will be an additional charge of £60 (inc VAT) per additional tenant.  Please note that we do not do managed lettings.

Little Acre is a great family house, designed with real flair, providing wonderful space for modern-day living tucked away in this lovely active village. There are lots of local walks and the well-known pub, The Three Horseshoes, is about a 5-minute stroll.

Batcombe is well located for All Hallows School, Hazlegrove and all the schools in Bruton which is less than a 10-minute drive.  There is a good local Primary School in Upton Noble, a nearby village.
