There is plenty of room for a kitchen table but for larger gatherings the kitchen leads directly to the conservatory which offers plenty of entertaining space. The very private rear garden is accessible from the conservatory and sitting room which both lead onto a terrace as well as from the front of the house. Ample lawn and very pretty, well planted flower beds run around the perimeter.
