This Grade II listed house is full of character, with a particular feature being the wonderful wooden spiral staircase with exposed stone walls. The sitting room is very characterful with an unusually high ceiling, double doors, open fireplace and original wooden flooring. The kitchen is a good size, dual aspect room that easily fits a table. Off the kitchen is a lobby and ground floor WC, plus a door to the courtyard.
The wide spiral staircase leads to the first floor where there is a very good size dual aspect bedroom with original wooden flooring. A door leads from the bedroom into the shower room with WC. The spiral staircase continues to the second floor leading into the large dual aspect master bedroom and a pretty window seat. A door leads into the very large bathroom with original wooden flooring that is currently split into an open plan office area (with lots of fitted bookshelves).

A door from the kitchen area leads to a pretty sunny courtyard with whitewashed walls giving it a Mediterranean feel, ideal for entertaining in the summer. There is plenty of space for a table and chairs. The shared parking area is accessed from the courtyard.

Quaperlake is in the centre of Bruton and adjoins the high street. Number 21 is on a T-junction which means it is not overlooked by houses directly opposite and to the side is a wide area of shared off road parking.
